Meet Brooklyn Blur and Lighting Rod for the first time as they navigate young adulthood, school, work and (of course) superheroic beatdowns of reckless and feckless villains insane enough to do villainy on the streets of their respective cities...all while, themselves, evading law-enforcement.  Action, adventure and hilarity ensues.  Takes part in the SWU - same universe as Intrepid.
